Tai Chi class

Tai Chi is a Chinese Martial art with benefits ranging from stress reduction,  to general health and wellness. It is low impact and often has the benefits of reducing pain in certain areas.

Other benefits of learning Tai Chi include:

  • Learning how to relax
  • Lowering Blood Pressure
  • Increasing circulation
  • Reducing muscle stiffness
  • Increasing balance and range of motion

No special equipment or prior knowledge of the arts is required to join our Tai Chi class.

Our Tai Chi meets every Tuesday night at 7:30pm , and is taught by Sensei Jerry Fitzgerald
