Villari’s Studios of Self Defense  have been a part of the Wellington community for over 20 years and through the support and acceptance of the community have stepped into a new millennium.

Grandmaster Fredrick J. Villari , opened his first school  in the late 60’s with the goal to make anyone who was willing to learn, a worthy opponent in life. Whether it be in high finance or on the streets of a big city, life throws some difficult tasks our way. We here at Villari’s of Wellington strive to give our students,  both new and old,  the tools they need to be successful in any situation life throws their way.
