Am I too old to start?
No. Martial arts training can be adapted to the individual. Whether your goal is Shaolin Kempo, practical self defense, mobility, fitness or Tai Chi, we will help you find an appropriate starting point.
How often can I attend?
Class frequency depends on the program you choose. We offer multiple weekly training opportunities for children, teens and adults, and we can help you select a schedule that fits your goals and availability.
Is my child too young?
We generally recommend starting around age four, but readiness varies from child to child. A complimentary introductory class is the best way for us to evaluate whether the program is a good fit.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
We offer several membership options with different commitment levels and pricing. We will explain the terms clearly before you enroll so you can choose the option that best fits your family, schedule and budget.
